Initial Walkthrough & Setup
We review your concerns, note any odors or problem areas, and prepare the space for an accurate K9 inspection. We recommend securing all other pets, any food and/or toys to allow Kato to focus entirely on his detection.

K9 Detection Sweep
Our certified mold detection dog conducts a systematic, room-by-room sweep of the property. The dog is trained to detect microbial volatile organic compounds (MVOCs) associated with active mold growth, allowing for identification of hidden sources behind walls and flooring.

Alert Confirmation & Targeted Evaluation
When the dog alerts, the handler verifies each location using industry knowledge and supporting tools such as moisture meters and thermal imaging (if applicable). This step helps distinguish viable concerns from non-issues and narrows down exact areas for further investigation or testing.
