A consistent air-sampling baseline.
When indoor air sampling is appropriate, TEC’s standard baseline is a 10-minute sample at 15 liters per minute, paired with an outdoor control sample. The final sampling plan depends on the property and inspection findings.
Testing is not always necessary. Sometimes the most important finding is a visible moisture source that needs correction.
