Clear answers start with the right inspection.

TEC combines careful visual assessment, moisture investigation, targeted testing and clear documentation, so you can make informed decisions without guesswork.

Built around the property. Not just a generic checklist.

Every property tells a different story. We begin with the concern, the building history and the conditions we can observe. From there, we select the tools and sampling strategy that fit the question.

Independent, inspection-first guidance. Our role is to document conditions, explain findings in plain language and help define sensible next steps.

Mold Inspections & Targeted Testing

Visual assessment, moisture mapping, thermal imaging where useful, and air or surface samples when they add meaningful evidence.

K9-Assisted Mold Detection

Kato helps screen accessible areas for odor sources associated with mold. His alerts guide closer investigation; they do not replace inspection or laboratory analysis.

Post-Remediation Verification

An independent review after cleanup, with visual and moisture checks plus targeted sampling as appropriate before containment comes down.

Advanced Indoor Air Quality

Broader evaluation for particulate concerns and other indoor environmental indicators when mold sampling alone does not answer the full question.

Commercial & Institutional Inspections

Clear scopes, practical coordination and defensible documentation for property managers, offices, schools, facilities and multi-unit buildings.

Specialized Mold Remediation

TEC accepts select remediation projects that call for careful containment, detailed cleaning, and thoughtful product use based on IICRC guidance.

01

Inspect first

We look for moisture pathways, visible conditions and building clues before deciding what testing is justified.

02

Test with purpose

When sampling is appropriate, locations and methods are selected to answer a defined question.

03

Report clearly

You receive understandable findings, supporting observations and practical next-step guidance.

Sampling baseline

Consistent methods. Context that matters.

When indoor air sampling is selected, TEC’s standard baseline is a 10-minute sample at 15 liters per minute, paired with an outdoor control sample for comparison. The exact scope may change based on the property and inspection findings.
