Specialized Mold Remediation
TEC takes on a limited number of mold remediation projects when the scope is a good fit for our team. We follow IICRC guidance and focus on careful removal, proper containment, and detailed cleaning. We do not simply spray chemicals over a problem.
Request a Project ReviewWe take on the projects that fit our team.
Inspections and testing remain the core of what we do. We only take on remediation work when the scope is clear, the project requires a careful approach, and our team is the right fit.
Before committing to a job, we review the inspection findings, affected materials, moisture conditions, access, containment needs, and any concerns from the people using the space.
Defined Scope
Clearly defined areas, corrective cleaning, and projects supported by an inspection report or remediation protocol.
Occupant Considerations
We plan the work around occupancy, access, odor concerns, product preferences, and sensitivity to indoor environmental conditions.
Detailed Execution
Our work follows IICRC guidance, including proper containment, controlled removal, HEPA filtration, and detailed cleaning based on the conditions we actually find.
Remove what cannot be saved. Clean what can.
Isolate
Set containment, then use HEPA air scrubbers or negative air when needed to keep dust and debris from spreading.
Remove and Clean
Remove materials that cannot be properly cleaned. HEPA vacuum and thoroughly wipe down the remaining surfaces, often in multiple passes.
Correct and Verify
Address the moisture source, document the work, and recommend an independent clearance inspection when appropriate.
Less spraying. More cleaning.
We do not treat mold by covering it with harsh chemicals or strong fragrances. Our focus is physical removal, HEPA vacuuming, and detailed cleaning of the remaining surfaces. When a cleaner, antimicrobial product, or coating makes sense, we use it deliberately and explain why it is included.
No product can replace proper cleaning, and no remediation can prevent mold from returning if the moisture problem comes back.
- Containment and control of cross contamination
- HEPA air scrubbers or negative air equipment
- Selective demolition and removal
- HEPA vacuuming and detailed surface cleaning
- Moisture documentation and practical next steps
- Clear limitations, exclusions, and communication about scope changes

Let us take a look.
Send us the inspection findings, photos and any proposed scope you have. We will review the information, talk through the project and let you know whether it is a good fit for our remediation team. Availability is limited.
