Advanced Indoor Air Quality Detection
Advanced Indoor Air Quality Testing is an expanded laboratory analysis designed to evaluate airborne contaminants beyond standard mold spore testing. This service upgrades a traditional indoor air sample into a comprehensive particulate assessment, providing a broader understanding of what is present in the indoor environment.
This includes common airborne contaminants such as pollen, pet dander, fiberglass fragments, soot, ash, insect debris, and numerous other particulate types that may affect respiratory health and indoor comfort.

Our Process
-
On-Site Assessment and Air Sampling
We begin with a focused evaluation of building conditions, including humidity levels, ventilation performance, and occupant concerns. Air samples are then collected using calibrated professional equipment from representative living areas and any specific locations of concern. Sampling is performed under controlled conditions to ensure accurate and reliable results.

Expanded Laboratory Analysis and Reporting
Samples are submitted to our accredited laboratory partner for next-day analysis. In addition to mold spores, the Advanced IAQ upgrade identifies over 30 additional airborne indicators such as pollen, pet dander, fiberglass fragments, soot, ash, insect debris, and other particulates. You receive a clear, structured report with scientific interpretation and practical guidance so decisions are based on measurable data.
